We comply with legal requests and law enforcement requests for user data in compliance with applicable laws. To ensure that we prioritize user privacy at all times, we have strict processes in place to carefully review each request before responding. If a case is ambiguous or unclear, we may refuse to disclose the requested information or request further details. BeReal complies with applicable privacy regulations, including, for example, the GDPR. The data below shows the number of legal requests received and our compliance rate (i.e., the number of requests that we have taken action on, where actions may include preserving, disclosing, or removing data from our systems).
