THE BRIEF
Putting Jonathan Anderson’s first Dior Cruise show in the spotlight
To promote the Dior Cruise 2027 fashion show, the brand activated BeReal to drive awareness for Jonathan Anderson’s first Cruise show that took place on May 13, 2026, at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) in Los Angeles, California.
THE STRATEGY
A synchronized takeover combining custom notification, RealCard, and Full Day Takeover
Dior partnered with BeReal for a synchronized, multi-format takeover to completely own the digital moment. The activation kicked off with a Custom Push Notification to build instant hype. Upon opening the app, users were greeted by an immersive first-impression RealCard with a CTA that drove them directly to the broadcast. To sustain absolute brand dominance, Dior also secured a Full Day Takeover with 100% Share of Voice across the US (100% share of voice of all ad inventory on BeReal in the US for the day). The creative strategy gave users an exclusive look behind the scenes, sparking curiosity while bringing the Maison closer to its target audience through content that felt authentic and native to BeReal.
THE OUTCOME
Complete native app ownership shattered platform benchmarks
The campaign shattered platform benchmarks across every format, generating 10.1 million total impressions, 100,000 total clicks and a 1% overall CTR. The Full Day Takeover alone delivered over 8 million impressions and a stellar 0.92% CTR, while the RealCard proved exceptionally powerful for direct conversion, generating 2 million impressions and an incredible 2.55% CTR (over 51,000 clicks). Amplified by 650,000+ custom notifications, the activation proved that complete, native app ownership is the ultimate driver for luxury event promotion. Dior owned the day of May 13th, 2026 on BeReal. This campaign built on Dior’s strong organic presence on the platform. By regularly sharing behind-the-scenes content, Dior has become the second most-followed brand on BeReal worldwide, demonstrating how privileged access and unfiltered storytelling resonate with the community.
